Penshurst Place in Kent is a really fantastic venue and has amazing gardens and the stately home has a history going back six and a half centuries.
There are three banqueting rooms of varying capacities, each with its own history and charm. The unrivalled Baron’s Hall and the elegant Sunderland Room are idyllic venues for wedding receptions. The smaller, intimate Buttery, once the bottle storeroom of the medieval household, may be used in conjunction with the banqueting rooms, or as a venue for an informal reception of up to 30 guests.
